As you can probably tell by now....

I like verses and quotes. It's hard not to, they can boost you up, make you cry, make you think, kinda like a Hallmark card.

Take a breath -- enjoy the moment

It sometimes may seem that life is overwhelming -- but that's life. Learn to take a breath -- and breathe -- things are never as bad as they seem. If you have to make a list of the good in your life then do it.

Spending time with my boy...

Easter was a hoot! I spent it with family -- my boy had a blast putting his eggs in his basket. Every now and then he would throw them back and keep walking. Next year when he realizes something great (chocolate) might be in them I don't think he will throw them back. What a Blessing!

Thought for the day...

Remember that life is not measured by the breathes you
take, but by the moments that take your breath away,
I think of this every time I am with my grandson.
Life is so precious -- how can anyone take it for granted.
